Joshua Lamm

Joshua R. Lamm is a trial attorney who has dedicated his 12-year career to Civil Litigation. He has represented individuals and businesses as both Plaintiffs and Defendants, earning multiple awards and recognitions such as "Top 40 under 40" attorneys in the area of Civil Litigation and Super Lawyers Rising Star (2021-present).

He has lectured on numerous topics involving Civil Procedure, Civil Litigation, and Best Practices. In addition to lecturing, he has been published as a contributor to the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Civil Practice Manual in the areas of Discovery and Motions Practice.

While primarily practicing in the area of general negligence and professional liability cases, Attorney Lamm has experience in most areas of Civil Litigation, including business disputes, contract disputes, and Civil Rights litigation.

In his free time, Josh enjoys being active in his community, and has most recently served a 3-year term on the Board of the Braddock Carnegie Library Association - the first Carnegie Library established in the country - and held the positions of Vice President and President of the Board. He also enjoys cooking, playing in the Allegheny County Bar Association Softball League, and stand-up comedy.
